It is recommended by CORGI and the HSE that all domestic gas installations and appliances are Inspected & Tested on an annual basis to prove they are safe for their intended purpose, on completion of testing a certificate will be issued. Always keep this safe as your insurance company or property surveyor may ask you for this document when selling you're property.

Landlords & commercial premises are legally bound to inspect & test all gas installations annually.
